Adoraborealis

New York City based indie folk act Adoraborealis (the alias of singer songwriter/producer Mike Messer, with a rotating cast of “Astounding A-list All Star” players) just released their debut record “Live and in Two Persons”. Both the album and the band are receiving critical praise for the deep wordplay and rare blend of influences, drawing comparisons to Cat Stevens and David Bowie.

Acoustic guitar and soaring emotive vocals take center stage within swirling prog arrangements and latin grooves, with lyrics that champion survival and endurance over heartbreak, loss and isolation. The songs strive to soothe and lift your soul.

Even though still a very new act, Adoraborealis has been featured on Sirius XM radio, The Long Island Sound podcast and has headlined shows in Los Angeles and New York and has a country wide tour planned for the summer.
