Bodhi is the expansion of spirit using Hip hop and Jazz fusion. Bringing gritty lyrics reminiscent of the golden era of hip hop.

Some notable major influences for front man Garvey Alexander are Rakim, Kool G Rap, Nas, Common, Big Pun, The Roots, Tribe Called Quest.

Bodhi consist of Elder Merchant on percussion, Tim Perkins on Piano, Takashi on Bass and Emcee Garvey Alexander.

The essence of self awareness within spoken word allows listeners to bathe in sound, ultimately to reach a higher consciousness. Bodhi transcribes life into volume.
