23 year old Caspar’s debut album, Hesitation Wounds, was praised for it’s combination of strong melodies, sophisticated musicianship and reflective lyrics which describe urban angst and psychological alienation. Restitution, reparation and redemption is found in his music. Caspar’s distinctive voice is redolent of Elliot Smith, Nick Cave with an overlay of Jim Morrison.
