Dark Thing

Born in Pittsburgh before both serendipitously moving to different ends of Southern California (SD and LA), Sam Casale and Joe Bojarski formed Dark Thing with the aim of playing loud, abrasive, and electric music before their inability to find a drummer who wasn't a "total dick" resulted in an attempt at a more stripped back, refreshingly acoustic, yet undeniably raw and emotional sound. These efforts culminated with their 5/27 self-recorded, mixed, and mastered release "PREVIEW", a project that has helped increase their exposure while also being a testament to their overall sound and musicianship.
