Din (Mubashir Mohi-ud-Din) is a singer/songwriter, film composer, and producer based in New York City. Now a solo artist, Din previously fronted bands Zerobridge and The Moors, where he also acted as the main songwriter. In both projects, Din worked with notable guitar players and producers Earl Slick (John Lennon, David Bowie) and JP Bowersock (The Strokes, Julian Casablancas, Ryan Adams and The Cardinals, Norah Jones).

Born in Yorkshire, England, to parents who emigrated from Kashmir, India, Din grew up in Maryland/DC before moving to New York. His songs have been featured in notable independent features including: "The Messenger" (2009, Woody Harrelson, Ben Forster, and Jenna Malone); "Amira and Sam" (2015, Martin Starr, Dina Shihabi); and “The Light of the Moon” (2017, Stephanie Beatriz, Michael Sthal-David). Din also composed the film score to the critically acclaimed “Valley of Saints,” a narrative feature set in Srinagar, Kashmir. The film won the World Dramatic Audience award at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. was officially selected for the Rotterdam Film Festival, and nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for best cinematography.
