Drew Blood
Drew Blood, originally from Toronto, leads a piano-fronted rock band that just released its 3rd album on July 14th of this year called My Own Little Apocalypse, w Andee Blacksugar (KMFDM, Peter Murphy, Blondie), Michael Maenza (Jessie’s Girl), Brian Karp (Letters To Cleo) produced by David ‘Dibs’ Shackney of Lucky 7 studios.

was recently featured on WFUV’s NY Slice and WFMU with a video in pre-production.
Drew has been a stalwart of the NYC music scene since the early 00’s as part of the Lower East Side Antifolk scene, playing and recording with many of the acts at the famed Sidewalk Cafe (Moldy Peaches, Lach and The Secrets), and also a member of Brothers NYC for 6 years, releasing 2 full vinyl albums and several videos . Drew was the MD of Live Band Karaoke up until COVID . He can often be seen playing in his two man cover band OP shorts with Corn Mo(Tragedy, .357 Lover)
