Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul

Ellen Pieroni & the Encyclopedia of Soul – or EoS – presents a refreshing brand of smooth-infused soul jazz. Although the group is inspired by artists such as Grover Washington, Stuff, Freddie Hubbard, and the Crusaders, EoS puts an emphasis on new original music.

Pieroni is a seasoned sax player, multi-instrumentalist, music educator + promoter. She has been an active member of the regional music scene, formerly playing and touring with projects such as Folkfaces, Intrepid Travelers, and Buffalo Afrobeat Orchestra.
