The Gabriel Herrera Quartet

Gabriel Herrera is an award-winning NYC-based trombonist, composer, and arranger who has performed at venues such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Smalls Jazz Club, and Lincoln Center. His Harlem-based jazz quartet performs original compositions and arrangements steeped in the straight-ahead swing, latin jazz, and fusion traditions, combining the sounds of Fats Navarro, Stan Getz, and Janek Gwizdala to create a forward-looking musical experience with a firm footing in the rich history of the idiom.
