Juana Luna's sound style paints worldly soundscapes, from the Argentinean folk, to the Bossa Nova, to the Cuban bolero, to the Uruguayan candombe to the South American canción and everything in between and around. 



Her new album “Ocean Avenue” was released on November 3rd 2019. it features nine of her original songs, in collaboration with her long time band:

Federico Díaz (guitar and arrangements), Benjamín Furman (piano and vocals), Rob Taylor (bass) and Andrés Fonseca (drums and percussion) plus some special guests.

Juana's single “Los Verdes”, won the Award for best Latin song at the 17th edition IMAs Awards in NY (she released a song, musicalizing Juan Gelman’s poem “Vienen Cómo”).


Her first EP, released in 2017 was also nominated at the IMA Awards NYC as the best EP in the World Music Category. She also received awards by the Global Music Awards in the female vocalist and emerging artist categories.
