A New York based singer-songwriter, Lila Blue’s songs are worlds unto themselves, with strong narratives that coax out the rich inner lives and fragile humanity of each character with a prowess that stuns from the very first note. Lila Blue’s EP, “Not Yet,” written and recorded on the bathroom floor of her apartment during the pandemic, is a project birthed out of a deep grief, frustration, and craving for a sonic space to feel soothed and held, with a hope that sharing the music will bring a salve to those who may be needing it right now.
