Lonesome Ace String Band

Based in Toronto, Canada, the Lonesome Ace Stringband is an old time trio with bluegrass chops that plays some righteous country and folk music. With trio vocals on top of fiddle, banjo and bass, the group draws the listener in with a sound that ranges from sparse fragility to a joyous bellow that sounds like a much bigger band. The members sing songs about love, loss, heroes, criminals and BBQ, and are love sharing their music with American audiences.
