Manuel Linhares

Manuel Linhares has dedicated himself to performance, composition, improvisation and also teaching. He has performed with the Brazilian musician Pedro Iaco on stages throughout Europe, the United States and Brazil and has studied with great references in music and improvisation, such as Theo Bleckmann, Judy Niemack, Gretchen Parlato and also the incredible Bobby Mcferrin and the extraordinary Meredith Monk. Manuel Linhares has extensive experience as a facilitator of workshops and musical retreats. We also highlight his role as faculty teacher of Bobby McFerrin's Circlesongs workshop in 2019 and 2023.
