Maria Wirries

MARIA WIRRIES is a Haitian-born, queer, rock n’ roll witch who has spent her entire life training as a vocalist, songwriter, and performer. She has been seen rocking out all across New York City in solo concerts and Broadway shows while also writing and recording an eclectic array of original music. Her songs can be seen as a unique blend of her personal experiences growing up a mixed-person in the southern United States with a bottomless well of inspiration to draw from. She finds the intersection of activism and artistry to be where the real magic is made. Maria is joined by a bad-ass band from Broadway and beyond including; Matt SanGiovanni (Guitar), Andy Buslovich (Guitar), Dave D’aranjo (Bass), Paolo Perez (Keys), & Ryan McCausland (Drums).
