Marrón is a Brooklyn based songwriter and producer born in Acapulco, México. His new album titled “in” was recorded and produced by Marrón in his home studio in the summer of 2020.

Recently released on LA’s Nacional Records, this new production is Marrón’s second full length record after his debut LP “etc.” produced by Van Rivers (Fever Ray, Blonde Redhead) came out in 2017.

In this new 10-track album that recalls the likes of College and Electric Youth, he creates beautiful soundscapes of 80’s inspired beats layered with synthesizers and string arrangements.

Marrón has been the opening act for Bob Moses and performed at SXSW, the Latin Alternative Music Conference (LAMC), Festival Trópico and Ruido Fest in Chicago.
