Mercer Patterson

Mercer Patterson is a composer/pianist based in NYC. Performing in a number of different styles, Mercer has had the opportunity to play at numerous venues in both NYC and Michigan, including the Detroit Jazz Festival, the Jazz Gallery, Roulette, National Sawdust, the Blue Llama Jazz Club, and more. He leads several of his own projects, all while completing his Bachelor's degree at The University of Michigan in Jazz Studies and Composition. This past summer, Mercer led his quintet at the prestigious Jazz Aspen Academy. His new single "Cloak and Dagger" is available on all streaming platforms
