Michael Lepore
Michael Lepore is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Trumbull, CT. He's released music over the years with all sorts of lovely people — he most recently features on CT indie band Waking Up Now's sophomore EP "Windowsill Therapy.” Other collaborators include CT indie artist Comfy Cozy, UK artist McGovern, and NY-based artist Teddy Grey, whose double album "The Great Failed Romances of the Twentieth Century" is now available to stream on all platforms. He's looking forward to finally playing some of his original work after years of support and collaboration from so many artists he respects and loves, not the least of which being the incredible Kara Arena, who he's so thrilled to be collaborating with on this show.
Kara Arena
Kara Arena is an actor and folk singer-songwriter based in New York City. She was last seen performing Off-Broadway in Islander, a two-hander a cappella folk musical that originated in the UK. As a writer, Kara is influenced by the poetry of artists like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and Rickie Lee Jones and is inspired by the sounds and movements of nature. She explores where the ethereal world meets the everyday. After graduating from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, her music has been heard on stage with Seven Stages Shakespeare Co, Rude Grooms NYC, and the Gilbert Theater in various classical works. Kara’s debut EP Something Blue is coming soon to all streaming platforms.
