Mike Edison
Mike Edison is a highly renowned musician and author, and a professional wrestler of no small repute. His most recent record, The Devil Can’t Do You No Harm, was recorded in Seville, Spain, with Spanish blues wizards Guadalupe Plata, and has been heralded for its vision of psychedelic gospel and blues. It has been compared favorably to Tom Waits, Capt. Beefheart, and Nick Cave, and received a four-star review in Mojo magazine. His most recent book, Sympathy for the Drummer: Why Charlie Watts Matters, has been featured in the New York Times, Billboard, the Paris Review, and on the BBC. Edison is also an accomplished drummer, and will be joining forces with the Arturo Bandinis for an exploration of old-time religion and outer space blues.
