Orange Burn
Orange Burn is an original band using an amalgam of styles and sounds we like to call progressive soul.
The members of Orange Burn are veterans of the NYC music scene and some members have toured internationally. Since the band formed in 2014, Orange Burn has been making its presence felt at notable venues such as Groove, Silvana, Bowery Electric, Pianos, The Shrine and Rockwood Music Hall.
Dayna Richardson (vocals), brings the true presence and soul to this band. Adam Marr (bassist and bandleader), keeps it all grounded and brings the funk. Theo Moore (percussion), and Max Azarmehr (drums), bring a rock-solid beat and a danceable groove. Andre Netto (guitar), infuses the band with funk and gritty rock sensibilities. Rich Formidoni (keyboards), textures the sound with colorful harmonies.
Orange Burn are currently in the studio, and their first EP was released in the fall of 2017, it can be heard on Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple Music and other digital platforms.
