Paola Gladys

PAOLA (Paola Arcieri) is a New York based singer/artist born in the South Italy, in an artistic family. Growing up in this environment she develops her way to bring together every soulful influence she receives.

“My parents always say that every morning before kindergarden, I use to draw a small piece of artwork. It was my meditative ritual to start the day”. Along with the music interest, infact, PAOLA feeds her visual art, theatre and dance passion too. She is graduated at Art School. After a quick study on classical piano, she continues her musical journey with vocal lessons at the age of 13, followed by jazz improvisations and electric bass lessons. Someone defined her timbre as an intimate and sensual voice. Once she experienced multiples performances at many venues and festivals, she win a scholarship to attend the prestigious Berklee College of Music of Boston. Here PAOLA begin producing her own music with the use of Ableton Live and discovering her strong interest in creating unique sounds.
