Post Fear
Post Fear makes dishonest lo-fi from the Brooklyn backwaters by way of the gothic Southern and the exceedingly infinite cosmos.
Sprung to life out of the anger, languor and isolation caused by the global pandemic and the vast wave of long-past-due social upheaval, Post Fear— and the debut album, "Prior Art"—is a collection of people and songs both old and new, made with sounds lost, found, broken, stolen and manufactured.
A Million Sweethearts
A Million Sweethearts is a singer-songwriter driven rock band from Astoria, NY started in 2019. The band was started by singer-songwriter Kevin Goldhahn who has been involved in the NYC music scene for over 10 years and was the former frontman of the Astoria, Queens band, The Gantry. The name A Million Sweethearts derives from the country western song, “I Don’t Want A Million Sweethearts” by Kevin's singing-cowboy country star grandfather, Dick Thomas. A Million Sweethearts is composed of Queens local rock-scene veterans from the bands Side Saddle and Evening Darling. A Million Sweethearts has published three singles and released their debut EP in Fall, 2020.
