Proper Tea
Proper Tea is a glitter-sparkled groove machine intent on delivering soul-pop-dance fusion to the masses. Comprised of the core songwriting members from upstate funk bands Butter and Mungo’s List, this NYC based quartet is guaranteed to provide any and all music lovers with a proper boogie.
They can be seen playing shows all over the tri-state area, most famously hosting a monthly midnight jam (appropriately named “The Tea Party”) at legendary downtown venue The Bitter End. Their debut album is set to be released in the summer of 2022.
Rachel Bard
Rachel Bard is a New York based musician and a visual artist. Some say Rachel’s voice has notes of Nico and Björk to it. Others compare her singer-songwriter solo performances to those of Regina Spektor. APPARENTLY, her latest single, is a song for when it rains, and then pours.
Bard recorded the song during the Super Bowl weekend at Miner Street Recordings in Philadelphia with producers Brian McTear and Amy Morrissey, and bandmates Logan Teder and Bastian.
Marin Wilts/ Ben Larson
