Rachel Rose

Rachel Rose, a Connecticut-born, Austin Launched, and Brooklyn-based soul singer/songwriter, has crafted a deep, rich artistry that pushes the boundaries of soul, blues, and pop. Having firmly established herself as a vocalist, Rachel began songwriting in 2020 after leaving her corporate music job and is pursuing her artistry full time. She has released her debut EP 100/10/1, and is continuing to craft songs that are vulnerable and true to her atypical journey as a songwriter and impeccable vocalist. She draws influence from the greats Lianne La Havas, Dora Jar, Joni Mitchell, Nai Palm, and Amy Winehouse.

Morning Wars is the recording project of Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist, Marc Ramos. Sonically, Ramos takes the essence of indie rock and melds it with elements from genres ranging from synth-pop to surf rock, soul and beyond. Taking cues from groups such as Catfish and the Bottlemen, Cage The Elephant, The Killers and others alike, Morning Wars delivers arrangements with thoughtful lyricism, cavernous vocals, and a driving energy. Ramos has spent the last year fine tuning the sound of Morning Wars and solidifying its backing band members, priming the group for a season of electrifying live performances.
