Ruth Mac

Hailing from the West of Ireland, Ruth Mac’s music stands at an intersection of soulful indie, soft rock and folk. Mac blends elegant guitar playing with vivid, evocative lyrics in a live performance which demands the attention and imagination of the audience.

Within the first year of this solo adventure, the distinctive marriage of Mac’s smooth instrumentation and raw, earthy vocals have seen her named a Whelan's Ones to Watch for 2018, as well as slots at sell-out gigs Hey Troubador and Aidlink for Turkana.

Now based in Berlin, Mac released her debut single "Speed" in early 2019.
