Sage Bava

Born in the woods of upstate NY on an animal rescue farm, Sage traveled far and wide searching for a deeper understanding. Her love of music, performing and adventuring took her around the world. As an equity actor she's lived for many years in NYC and the UK, her favorite projects being developmental works such as 'Love is Blind' (ArsNova) and 'My very Own British Invasion' (Jerry Mitchell). During the pandemic she shifted her focus to creating music. Receiving a scholarship to study production and performance at Berklee, she worked on crafting the sounds in her head. Now she is releasing these projects - the first being a 'Jazz, live' record with the first single being 'Manchild' (out now) and the second a pop/R&B project 'As your Mind Allows' coming fall of 2023. She is also working on a book on the connection of music and the beyond, paying homage to those who also crave the search for uncovering more. She is a yoga teacher having done training in Costa Rica and Spain, as well as sat with the medicine in different sacred circles. As a soul, she seeks to bring connectedness and create an emotional space especially for women to empower themselves and take control of their narrative. After experiencing trauma and PTSD she suffered with Derealization and Depersonalization which she is now turning into a poetry book to hopefully create space for others to see they're not alone in these experiences. She loves connecting and collaborating!
