NO COVERSHARE

Born and raised in Hamilton Heights, New York City, 22 year-old singer-songwriter, filmmaker and educator Sirena Maré creates work influenced by her travels and personal experiences growing up between Australia and New York. Her creative works are captured through a cinematic lens of unpacking the past, emotional vulnerability and telling untold stories of the people she's encountered in life. Starting at the age of seven, Sirena was introduced to the arts and raised in a community of musicians in her very own neighborhood, Harlem. Her first memory of music was sitting in the backseat of her parent's car and going to concerts with her family with such artists as Colin Hay, James Taylor and Regina Spektor. Her signature sound was shaped by classic female artists such as Norah Jones, Joni Mitchell, and Madison Cunningham. She is currently a senior at NYU Steinhardt majoring in Contemporary Production and Songwriting and minoring in Film Production at Tisch School of The Arts. Now, Sirena Maré plans to release her ep “Evolution” on all platforms in Spring 2023.
