SU$HI

SU$HI is a fu$ion trío with Gian Pérez on guitar, Eliza Salem on drums, and Greg Lou on bass. Somewhere between Band of Gypsies and Pharoah Sanders, this band is inspired by free jazz, rock and funk. The band originated at the University of Michigan’s School of Music Theatre and Dance, the same music program that birthed Vulfpeck. This band sounds nothing like that. This band plays improvised music. No two SU$HI shows are the same.
