The Great Indoors

The emerging indie group, The Great Indoors have just released their third single, 'Music You Can Play At Home’. The track was recorded with Platinum Record awarded producer, Dan Dixon, at RCRD Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. Dixon, who has worked as the Head Engineer of The Zac Brown Band’s Southern Ground Studio, is also listed in the co-writing credits on the track. The Great Indoors are a young recording group, fronted by singer-songwriters Jared Stilley and Mason Marcantel, with bassist, Carter Rucker and drummer Christian Verardi. The new group opened in 2023 as a supporting act to Detroit's Mac Saturn and Nashville’s The Minks on tour, as well as planning a tour of their own. Atwood Magazine writes that “between ‘Roses’ and ‘Her,’ "the band has displayed not only a considerable sonic breadth but also an impressive vocal range to match; that smoky chorus in “Her” is hot enough to melt the iciest ears.” United Kingdom-based music blog, Various Small Flames states that the group's music has, “a really compelling atmosphere here, blending retro and contemporary styles, and the vocals add an urgency we enjoyed”. Sharing a new, diverse sound, The Great Indoors are indeed set to resonate in a modern landscape.
