Ticket to Ride

"Have you ever woken up from a dream scared that you missed it?"

Ticket To Ride was established in the small Northeast town of Larksville, PA USA in 2007 by Derek Jolley (vocals/guitar/keys) and Nate Harbaugh (drums/synth) when they were 12 years old. The duo would call random numbers from the phone book and offer to perform original songs. Their parents started taking them seriously when people began calling back. Danny Washington (bass) completed the group in 2008. Their first power trio show was on Halloween in Jolley's front yard. They began playing regularly at the Municipal Pool in Kingston, Club JAM in Pittston, and Cafe Metropolis in Wilkes-Barre. The group became the youngest musicians ever featured on local radio shows Magic 93, KRZ, and Rock 107. Their first studio record, "Cpl. Tom Lives!!!" was released in March of 2010 eulogizing their friend. The group released their concept full-length album "Indifferent" in 2011 via several sold-out shows in Shickshinny, Wilkes-Barre, Montrose (PA), Somerville (NJ), and Binghamton (NY). The group toured the record later that year and released it throughout the US, Canada, and Europe. The band played a few shows every year until celebrating their 10-year anniversary on 10/31/2018 by playing their discography in full. The musicians themselves are far from finished.
