Ursula Seymour
An energetic spirit with an empathetic nature, Ursula Seymour is a singer/songwriter with a soulful, delicate, and authentic new sound. Hailing from Mount Kisco, New York, and blossoming in Brooklyn, Ursula’s just trying to be a sunbeam. Regina Spektor, Ben Folds, John Mayer, YEBBA, and Frankie Cosmos inspire her and her sound.
Lena Schwartz
Lena Ruth is a mixed-media artist from New York City. Having grown up with a classical bassoonist father and jazz singer aunt, she was raised surrounded by music. After a brief bout of acting, she began to delve into tapestry weaving in college, feverishly weaving tender and emotive tapestries of her aging grandmother. Over the years this exploration of age turned into her own rapid deterioration, and she developed repetitive strain injuries in both of her hands, ceasing to be able to play music, to make art, to do much of anything for over a year. During this time, she began to hone and develop her voice as a songwriter, using her poetic lilting tone and whimsy to express anxiety and perseverance through anatomical pain. By creating wearable art to perform in, she underscores an alternative layer to the text, lifting up imagery and building it into a soft armor. Her debut album produced by Cmntx Records will be released in September.
Jackie Evans
Jackie Evans is an NYC based musician and theater artist. Her original music features a blend of pop/soul/folk with a touch of musical theater. In early 2021 she performed onboard Holland America Cruise Line in their award winning dueling pianos venue, Billboard Onboard. She was most recently seen as Girl in Once at the Seacoast Repertory Theater. She is set to release her first single in early fall of 2022!
