Drink Minimum

All shows have a one drink minimum standing, two drink minimum seated.

Tickets

All Stage 1 shows are no cover shows, and do not require a reservation. Tips for the band (look out for the jar) and staff are greatly appreciated! Most Stage 2 and 3 shows are ticketed, and ticketing links can be found on our Calendar Homepage.

Payment Options

We accept cash and all major credit cards at the bar. We can only accept cash for at-the-door tickets. We cannot accept foreign currencies.

Booking Inquiries

All booking requests should be sent to info@rockwoodmusichall.com. Please include links to your web pages, official and social, audio and video. Please do not include attachments, only links. Each submission is reviewed and responses are sent if/when we have an opening to offer. We appreciate your interest in Rockwood Music Hall and we look forward to hearing from you!

Private Events

Rockwood Music Hall is available for private events. For all inquiries please email info@rockwoodmusichall.com.

Age Restriction

All shows are 21+ unless otherwise specified. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry.

Accessibility

Stage 1 is located on ground level.

For shows at Stage 2, please enter via the ADA-accessible entrance at 185 Orchard Street.

For shows at Stage 3, elevator access can be granted from the Allen Street entrance.

All 3 stages have seating that can be reserved. Please contact info@rockwoodmusichall.com stating which event you will be attending, and with your particular needs so we can alert staff before doors.

Guest Conduct

Guests that appear intoxicated, are using offensive language, throwing objects, standing on furniture or behaving in any way deemed as disruptive or dangerous by venue management are subject to removal.

Many of our shows are intimate and quiet by nature. Please respect our artists and those guests around you by keeping your conversations to a minimum, and quiet when appropriate.

Lost and Found

All found items are held behind the bar, and then taken to the venue office. If you lose an item during an event, please see our event staff for assistance. If you realize you have lost an item after you leave the premises, please email info@rockwoodmusichall.com with “Lost and Found” + the name of the event in the subject, as well as a description of the lost item in the email’s body. The lost and found is open Monday through Friday, from 10:00am until 5:00pm, and during show hours.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building. Re-entry is allowed.
